[Ajou University, Korea] Nomination & Application Information for Spring 2020

This email is regarding the nomination for Spring semester 2020 and if you are planning to nominate students to study at Ajou during this period, we would very much appreciate it if you could please go through the information below very carefully and nominate your students.
 
Also, please note that we are receiving the nomination through the online survey only, so if you have previously submitted your nomination via email, please resubmit the nomination through the link below. If you have nominated your students already, please disregard this email. 
 
1) Nomination Information

Spring 2020: 9 a.m., Oct. 1 ~ 23:59 p.m., Nov. 15, 2020 (Korean time)
Fall 2020: Apr. 1 ~ May. 15, 2019
 
[Application Procedure - for students]
1. Guideline: A detailed guideline for the online application is uploaded on our website, so please read the procedure very carefully(http://www.ajou.ac.kr/en/international/inter18.jsp)

2. Documents to upload:

(1) Latest official transcript (English): the final grades of the latest semester the student has enrolled must be included
(2) Self-Introduction: students must submit a 1-page long essay introducing themselves and including their study plan at Ajou
(3) Copy of passport: this must be neatly scanned with no edges cut
(4) Face photo: JPEG format, less than 200kb, and must follow the passport photo regulations
(5) Health & Medical Clearance Form: students must include the test result of tuberculosis, and it must clearly state if the result if 'negative: no tuberculosis' or 'positive'. Students will be asked to resubmit the result if the result is shown in measurements (ex. 10 mm)
 *Important: all international students are required to submit the result of the tuberculosis test, either skin or x-ray test, regardless of their nationality. Also, students who have had BCG vaccine are still required to submit the result of the tuberculosis test*
                                        (6) Certificate of Bachelor's Degree: this is required only for   
                                Graduate (master) level students at their home university.
