Dear partner,

It's time to nominate your outgoing students for an exchange at Montpellier SupAgro, for the 2019-2020 academic year (Septembre-July) or autumn semester (September-January).

Let us give you some information about the nomination / application process.

If you are not responsible for outgoing students, we would kindly ask you to forward this e-mail to the right person and inform us his(her) contact.

ONLINE NOMINATION

We kindly ask you to nominate your students online.

If you have any problem with the online nomination, please get in contact with dominique.louette@supagro.fr.

1st step - create your account
If you have not created your account on Mobility Online last year to nominate your students, please find at the end of this e-mail, the link that you must use to create your account: click on the link, choose your language and create your username and password.

Once logged in, you can change your password if you wish (Administration in the left menu).

If you have created your account last year and for future logins to your account, please use the portal general link:
https://www.service4mobility.com/europe/LoginServlet?identifier=MONTPEL10 and login with your username and password.

2d step - nominate the students
You can nominate your students at the first connection or whenever you need to.

Log in to your account and click on My Mobility Online / Enter new nomination in the left menu. Indicate the data of each student.

APPLICATION
Each student will receive a link, at the email address indicated, with his/her login and password to fill his/her online application.

The application deadline for the 2019-2020 academic year or autumn semester is April 15th.

The main source of information on courses for students in exchange is the French website and our English brochure.

ADMISSION
Each application will be forwarded to the appropriate University Department that will process it.

Once the Academic Mobility Team has received official confirmation of acceptance from the Department, an official letter of admission will be issued by mid-May and uploaded to the student application file.
Each student will be informed by e-mail when the document is uploaded.

INFORMATION FROM YOUR UNIVERSITY
Once connected, you will have access to the information we currently have about your university and your contacts. Do not hesitate to inform us of any changes.
